Arkansas River Valley

We call this Colorado honey the illusionist; the honey is dark, but the flavor is super light and flavorful. Starting from the Kansas border all the way to Rocky Ford the bees are placed along the Arkansas River. This is one of the best honeys because the bees have access to everything and everything. We love this honey in coffee/ tea, peanut butter sandwiches, French toast, and yogurt.
