Fireweed Honey

Fireweed honey, the “champagne of honeys,” is a light-colored delicacy with a mild and sweet flavor.  This honey is harvested in the cool climate of the White River National Forest in the Western Slopes of Colorado.  Fireweed flowers are also found in Alaska and the Pacific Northwest.  This honey is known for its silky texture and natural crystallization.
